  • Any misuse of our services, including hacking, spamming, or unauthorized data use, may result in immediate termination of services.

3. Service Agreements & Payments

  • All services are subject to a written proposal, quotation, or contract agreed upon between the client and the company.

  • Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

  • Fees once paid are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content, designs, codes, and materials developed by Royallions 360 Marketing and IT Solutions remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Clients retain ownership of their trademarks, logos, and other proprietary materials they provide for use in services.

  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, and materials required for project completion.

  • The client must ensure they have the legal rights to use any content (text, images, videos, etc.) provided to us.

  • The company is not liable for delays caused by incomplete or late submissions from the client.

6. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to keep all confidential information private, including business strategies, marketing data, and project details.

  • Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, unless required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Royallions 360 Marketing and IT Solutions shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services.

  • We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, or revenue increases from our digital marketing services. Results may vary depending on multiple external factors.

8. Third-Party Services

  • Our services may include integration with third-party tools, platforms, or services (such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, or hosting providers).

  • We are not responsible for any issues, downtime, or errors caused by third-party platforms.

9. Termination of Services

  • Either party may terminate services by providing written notice as per the agreed contract terms.

  • The company reserves the right to terminate services immediately in case of breach of these Terms.

  • Upon termination, all outstanding payments must be cleared by the client.

10. Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify and hold Royallions 360 Marketing and IT Solutions harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse of services, copyright violations, or unlawful use of materials provided by the client.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Delhi, India.

12. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

  • Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
